November 2012 Visa Bulletin: EB-2 Cutoff Date: September 1, 2004

This morning the U.S. Department of State (DOS) issued the November 2012 Visa Bulletin.  Cutoff dates for Employment-based second preference (EB-2) for India continues to be September 1, 2004.

Just like the October bulletin, this bulletin too did not include any predictions of future cutoff date movement.  We will continue to monitor developments on this front and will provide our readers with additional information once we receive it from the DOS.
