Data Entry for all Fiscal Year 2015 H-1B Petitions Completed
U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) has announced that data entry of all Fiscal Year 2015 H-1B cap petitions has been completed. USCIS will now begin returning all H-1B petitions that were not selected in the lottery.
As the data entry was completed on May 2nd, we expect few additional receipts to show up next week. These are receipts that were issued last week and would be arriving via United States Postal Service (USPS) by next week. We will contact our clients as soon as we have either a receipt notice or a returned H-1B package.
